Withdrawal fee schedule
Withdrawals use a flat fee based on the amount you withdraw (ZMW 9.50–ZMW 13 for amounts from ZMW 1 to ZMW 1,000).
- K 1 – K 150: K 9.50
- K 151 – K 300: K 11.00
- K 301 – K 500: K 12.00
- K 501 – K 1,000: K 13.00

Are collections really free?
Yes. Merchants are not charged to receive customer payments on PayNow.
When do I pay fees?
Withdrawal fees apply only when you move money out of your PayNow wallet to mobile money.
